The Challenge

Absolute’s challenge was to aggressively drive innovation and franchise growth via the launch of Absolut lime, heavily drive towards the Hispanic Market

Plan:

Impulso launched a Hispanic Channel specific plan to catapult the opportunity with retail programming, cross merchandising partnerships, impact in-store merchandising Point of Sale Materials and an aggressive trial and retention program in the on and off-premise trade channels

Outcome:

The Absolut Lime launch drove double-digit growth and became 42% of the Absolut franchise in the Hispanic accounts in the initial 4-month rollout phase

  • Drove 90% display execution across more than 500 Hispanic stores
